Processing of personal data

We process personal data related to your profession with the purpose of communication and performance of contract, and for continuous improvement of our services and products. Personal data is also processed to ensure high quality support in technical, commercial, and other subjects related to our business, our customers and potential customers.

We process personal data for direct marketing.

The personal data processed are name, e-mail, telephone number and other data connected to your professional relationship with HF Jensen.

Who have access to personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to our sub-suppliers of product or service if it is necessary to fulfill our obligations of a contract, for example freight forwarders and consultants.

Personal data can be processed by processors such as suppliers of IT-services with the purposes stated in this document.

Transfers to third country

We do not transfer personal data to third countries (outside EU/EES) if it is not absolutely necessary for performance of a contract or legal obligation. In this event you will be informed and can give our consent.

Data protection

Data protection actions are implemented to protect from unauthorized access, change and deletion of data. These actions include safeguard action on buildings and IT-systems, routines and policies for data protection. We continuously review and improve our data protection actions.
